All weapons in a class have the same damage. But they have different attack speeds.
Assuming the same Moveset, why would ever I use the slower weapon?
Please review weapon damage. It will add distinction to have different damage values.

(I might be wrong) If enemies react to your input then an attack that is instant have a higher chance of getting parried than an attack with a slow windup.. i usually get staggered when i do instant attacks at the front of the enemy, I havent gotten staggered yet when i use weapons with slow animations.
But i mostly use Dodge attacks its usually the fastest attack on Slow moving weapons.
