The dialog/sound effects working is still random.
Sometimes they work, most of the time they don’t, especially dialog is missing most of the time.
After keeping an eye on (research) the posts about this issue I am pretty sure the Dolby Digital (home theater) implementation is broken.
Setting audio to headphones or tv-speakers does not fix the issue for me.
My setup:
PC > AMD HDMI > TV > 5.1 Soundbar
