Since it was not a crash, or anything, I don’t have logs or dxdiag, but maybe this information can be useful, anyway.
When I died very close to a wall by a hit (while burning, not sure if it was related), I was stuck on the falling down animation, but the wall didn’t let me fall. No menus in the game work while you are dying, so I got hard locked and had to force quit the game.
