I would like to be able to description of the rewards of the different challenges to know if I want to do it.
I can win some recipes but I don’t have a clue whether or not I already have them before finishing the challenge.
This is a small QoL change that’s just works differently after the refined update, that has been bugging me ever since it released, and it has to do with the way the controller operates the cursor when the daily/weekly challenge window is in focus.
For example, the way it worked before the refined update was very easy, with the left analog stick I just select any daily/weekly/bounty from the window where it pops up after talking with the captain, and then with the right analog stick I could simply preview the rewards for each activity.
The way it works now is slightly different as it adds an extra click with the right analog stick(R3) before I could start moving the cursor so I can preview the rewards.
So in therapy both analog sticks are doing the exact same thing now, where before the refined update, they had separate actions, I was using the left analog to browse the challenges, and the right analog to preview the rewards.
As I said, it really is a small-small thing that has changed, which was also not listed in the changes logs, thus leading me to believe that it may not been an intentional change, as it simply added 1 more unnecessary action(click) where there was none, and it was working excellent.
Agree, the old way felt faster and more intuitive to navigate. I was not thrilled about the extra step.
