My friend and I tried a crucible run in coop. We had some fun but we encountered some issues while playing. I was the one that started the crucible run. My friend picked up the “revive once” echo and died half way but didn’t respawn. He respawned at his last whisper. He couldn’t rejoin and I couldn’t revive him. We then tried another run, where he started the crucible run. He died and could return. A little later I died, but I could not return. It showed a message that a crucible run was still ongoing. We decided that we would stop doing the crucible for now, because we’d like to be able to complete it together.

I had similar issues. Also, I have started 5 crucible runs on a shared server and was unable to finish any of them, as I was at some point during the run just returned to the main menu (character selection) screen.
Did you do them solo or with more?
That sounds like quite a bad connection. If you ever attempt another run, try these first:
- have everyone leave and rejoin the server
- switch between who first connects to the server, this might improve things

It was both together and solo. I thought that might be it, but I only got it on crucible. I can play the rest of the game just fine.
