crosscut rune done work well with twined recurve bow.
the first attack of csosscut rune 0 dmg and the last just a normal attack
(with 100 focus is too expensive)
The initial attack does no damage. Only the arrow. I have the rune on a nimble sirens call.

The description and animations of the rune attack Crosscut seem to imply that there should be 3 total attacks, but when used, the first two spinning kicks don’t deal any damage. Additionally, the scaling of the damage for the only hit in the move definitely implies that there should be more hits because it doesn’t deal any bonus damage, which makes no sense for a rune that costs 100 Focus; that kind of scaling would be more in line with other multi-hit moves (Although even if it were 3 hits at no additional damage, that would still be far less damage than the standard for 100 Focus cost moves).

Considering how rare it is, the rune is rather weak.
Haven’t retested it recently, but the Breakstep rune also had a kick without a hitbox. It’s another Seneschal/Pestilence bow exclusive. At least this one fires three arrows.
(Rune descriptions are misleading in other places too: Crushing Flurry mentions ‘seven consecutive crushing swings’, but hits six times only.)
