Despite being at the top of the page, the ‘Create Realm’ text does not read like a button. It looks more like a header of the page. Highlighting in a different colour but also adding a slight graphical effect to the text/subtle box could help distinguish it.
Additionally, the ‘Leave Realm’ is not quite clear enough to players that this means DELETE realm. Using the word ‘Leave’ in this context doesnt quite make sense. Abandon/Delete is more definitive and clear
