Crafting stations not displaying input, but instead displaying objects

This is the second time ive seen this happen. I just looked in my “Known Scrolls” Menu, then i went into the forge which so happed to be empty, and instead of it being empty i can see objects in the slots that shouldnt be there. See image.

What level is Fillmore for you?

Do you mean with “Known Scrolls” the Scribe’s Table tab?

This is the 2nd level of the furnace, and according to the post author’s screenshot, he also has the 2nd level. The issue was not observed at the 3rd (maximum) level.
“Adept Scribe Table” was not used at that time.

When opening my spinning wheel the wrong inventory was shown. Instead of the contents of the spinning wheel, it showed a mixed set of items from my own inventory. After leaving and reopening the spinning wheel it showed the correct inventory.

All of the items pictured can be found inside my inventory, shown here.

This happened when I first loaded into my realm and ran to the wheel before doing anything else. This bug has not repeated. I will return with more info if this changes.
