Many weapons do not yet have the CA (Chargeable Attacks) there are weapons that have CA on every attack of the combo and weapons where only some attacks of the combo are CA but not the first I do not think it is a question of balance, because weapons with fast movesets or higher DPS can also have faster/weaker CA instead of not having them at all, also there are weapons with very similar movesets with the same speed, damage and range but one has the charged attack and the other does not. CA are important because they add options and variety in combat and they also feel good to use.
Movesets complaints:
Icebreaker It has only one basic attack that repeats monotonously, it seems to have the attack after the roll and the basic moveset inverted (and it doesn’t have a charged attack on the first attack despite the name implying that it’s good for breaking freezes); Many heavy weapons have a particularly slow running attack that even when it is as slow as 2 basic attacks (like in the case of the paddle) does not do 2x the damage; Gnarled Sow and Summer’s Sting have a very long pause after catenin attack particularly noticeable with Summer’s Sting trusting attacks where you can’t cast abilities, roll or do any action, i think it would be better if the pause was shorter or cancelable even if it came at the cost of the trust damage, for contest is so slow that i’m better of non using the 3th attack of the weapon doing 1 - 2 run 1 - 2 run
