I paid to fix up Caroline’s inn before I rescued her husband, and now while she tells me he’s returned, the inn is not rebuilt.

Had the same issue but the recent fix seems to have solve this problem.

Yeah, it’s fixed now. Not sure if it’s because I bought the upgrade to level 2 after rescuing the husband, or what.
I don’t think, it’s fixed!
When you start the level 2 upgrade BEFORE rescueing the husband, the Inn will not get restored. Tried it after patch 1!
