Bug with 2 merchants

Hello,

I was playing in the Cerim’s challenges and when i came back into Sacrament I have lost 2 merchants (the one with the house stuff and the other for the runes/enchants)
I have restarted the game multiple times, it does not fix it.
I think I have used one ember just before going back into the city (i wanted to do some enchants before going back into the ruins)

I have seen in another post that the merchants have moved in the closest houses.

This is because you upgraded them to level 3 - they are no longer outside, they are in both of those buildings right there.
