Black screen when exiting to the menu ; The enemy is stuck on top of the bars ; Consecrating the item makes no sense

1. Black Screen (glitch).

If you select the “Exit to Menu” button via the ESC key in-game, you might encounter this glitch: A black screen with text at the bottom. The music continues to play, but the black screen won’t go away. You have to force-close the game. This has already happened twice!

2. Enemy Stuck on a Grate

An enemy got stuck on a grate in the Crucible. I managed to kill it since my character had a staff, but what if I only had a melee weapon? Maybe I could’ve used bombs if I had them. Anyway, when it came down on that lift, it somehow got stuck on the grate.

3. No Point in Consecrating this Ring

The Keeper offers to consecrate this ring, but it doesn’t offer any new stats. So why are items like this on the list? They should either be removed from the list or made inactive so that you can’t select and consecrate them.

By chance, do you have player logs for the black screen issue

Yes, thank you. Because can’t create a topic in the bugs section without logs.
Unfortunately, can’t, because this is a game through Nvidia GeForceNow cloud gaming, there is no access to file explorer..
Now, if we talk about this particular black screen error, it appeared several times that day alone, I hadn’t noticed it before.

I’ve also frequently run into that issue of enemies getting stuck on top of the grating in all iterations of that Crucible chamber. The only way to get them down is using bombs or some ranged attack.
