Adding more side quests

Ahoj there!

I’ve been playing this game for a while now and after a good 20-30hours into the game, the quest system just becomes shallow, with the main questline and the dailys and nothing more. It give the feeling when you first enter Sacrament, that it is alive, people have their own stories to tell, but after a while you begin the see that all of it is a lie, cause beside the few side quests and the town repair system, not much more is offered quest-wise in the town or on the entire map for that matter.

I would love to see more side quests from people within the world and in town hubs as well. Maybe dynemic quests, that can be triggered if you find a rare material, or kill a specific enemy, or loot a weird mushroom, etc. I know that the dev team has a huge potential in writing good stories, so use it.

Adding more territory does nothing if its not feeling alive.
Killing enemies is a big focus, but giving purpose on why we want to kill them or why we want to go into that dungeon is what is missing after a good 10-30hours of gameplay.

Branching storylines, instead of the current linear.
Make the game more alive

Other then that, I believe this game has a huge potential, it looks good, feels good, the combat is very well written and if the world becomes less shallow and “standing still“ it has the potential to be an AAA killer.

More side quests will be coming  They said it already but that counts as content they want to put into 1.0 to surprise even us that played hundreds of hours already in areas we know. At least that is how I understood it.

For branching storyline, this is my personal opinion, but I don’t think it is needed. Not every game needs it and that is not what makes a game feel alive. How the characters react to what happens, how they change that is what makes it alive. I have not found them but I heard there are two NPCs you can get to meet already and it is not a side quest and there many small things
