About resource collection and binding bow and arrow system

To be honest, if you want to know about resource collection, material management, and resource application, you should really check out the game “V Rising”.
Any resource in the game can be used throughout the entire process. The weeds, stones, and copper ores that can be obtained in the early stage will have a complete resource upgrade process.
It can even be used to make end-game items. There are actually a lot of useless resources in the game now. Wicked’s resource collection and construction are simply a mess.
A year has passed and there is still no change.
The simplest initial application method is to directly bind it to the bow and arrow, and the normal attack of the bow and arrow becomes a consumption of physical strength, and the physical strength consumption is less than before.
The cost is that the player needs to make the arrows by himself. Take the current bow and arrow ordinary shooting damage of 100% as an example. Only arrows made of the most basic wood will only cause 60% damage.
If basic wood and copper ingots are used, the damage can reach 80%. Advanced iron ore can make the damage reach 100%, and arrows made of silver ore can reach 120%. (These values are conservative, and should actually be higher)
Regarding the use of wood, I actually wanted to tie it to range or shooting attenuation at first, but the camera field of view in the top-down perspective has actually limited the range of long-range weapons.
So I think penetration should be added. So arrow shafts made of high-level wood can penetrate more enemies (although this may not be useful in practice, players are most likely to use primary wood and silver ore to make arrows). Arrows made of high-level ore can have higher arrow damage.
According to the current resource distribution and weapon upgrade requirements, I think one wood and ore should be able to make about 10 arrows
