A question about the edge of the map in Orban Glades

I really want to get over there. I’ve wanted this since I started playing, and I want it even more now that I’ve seen this.

There is a chest over there. Up on top of the platform you normally can’t reach. The area clearly connects to the place a certain large enemy jumps down from, and there’s a part of the map that appears to be covered in pestilence over there when you get to that level.

Is it possible to get over there at this point, or do I have to wait for 1.0?

I was trying to get into it from below, since we can get under the circular area with the statues. I kept trying to find odd geometry to climb on.

I need to experiment with blink more.

EDIT; I bet there will be a whisper there.
