From the Weekly bounty “A Monstrous Visage”, The big blob itself, not the spawning minions, didn’t drop plague ichor after successfully killing it. No logs available.

this just happened again version 2026.02.16
After beating the bounty for “A Monstrous Visage” weekly quest in the lowland meadows (which is pretty tough) no plague Ichor drops from killing it. All other weekly bounties drop plague ichor. (two weeks on different characters and realms from 2 different players across 3 realms and players.)
