A bunch of my unlocked whispers in Nameless Pass suddenly untravable

Unlocked whispers not appearing in fast travel menu

In single player and coop, whisper portal destination seem to dissappear for both players. Ashen road shows discovered 6/7 whispers. All 6 are unlocked for fast travel but the menu shows only 2 portals available to travel to. Orban glade shows 3/3 but only 2 available for travel.
