The Whittled Rocking Horse needs 2 x 3 spruce planks to be crafted. If you have 4 or 5 spruce planks the crafting animation will play, but won’t reward you with the item.

i haven’t seen this one before but i have seen bugs with crafting stations and they usually get fixed by verifying game files
