Because of how many different weapon types there are and because of the random nature of the stat requirements it would be nice if we were able to practice using a weapon type.
The town has a section that looks like it’s set up with training dummies, it would be nice if we could use “training weapons” in that area of weapon types we have already discovered so you can practice and get a feel before buying or investing stats ect.
So if I find a scythe for the first time and I am unsure if I want to invest 16 dex and 16 faith to use it then I can visit the towns training area where I can meet with a weapons trainer or someone who can give you a wooden replica / training scythe to practice the move sets and basic runes that come with it so I can decide if it’s a weapon type I want to invest stat points or upgrade mats into.
