im not even sure if this is a bug, he just didnt drop his weapon when i killed him and instead gave random loot. i know there are guidelines for bug reporting but there isnt much to say or show, he didnt give his levendary weapon when i looted the corpse.
if this is normal, and i just got unlucky, which means i dont have another chance to get the weapon unless i make a fresh realm, PLEASE CHANGE THAT. IT FEELS AWFUL.
It’s rng so doesn’t always drop. I didn’t get it either. You can always take your character to another realm and try him again.

You can make new realms to farm him if you really want the weapon. I’ve fought him twice so far and haven’t got it. I had the shield off Darak and the bow from Riven Twins though.
RNG loot tables are pretty normal for this kind of thing.
I think the chest after Echo Knight can drop it too?
