There is a wall you enter in Nameless Pass. You can exit it normally, and don’t find anything inside it but; it’s still a bug 
Hope the steps below make it clear for you guys, also as a general note. Thanks for the fast bug fixes. Generally when I report them they get fixed the next patch, keep up the great work 
Step 1: Stand below the rock.
Step 2: Move Forward with holding Shift to climb the rock
Step 3: Move Forward but lean towards to Left.
Step 4: Move forward into the Wall.
