Updates become very lag

Before the 4.30 update, my computer didn’t lag much when playing. After the update, it became very laggy. After the hotfix, it became even laggier. It took longer to load files. When passing through the map, the whole character would freeze and not move until 2 minutes later. Can this problem be solved? My friend also has this problem. Please and Thank you.
