I finished breach content just now and the fact that the fisher man npc (the one who always swears the fishes under the sacrament whisper) leaves the city after pestilence starts is so deep man idk if on purpose but it hit me so bad.
Note: this is not a spoiler its not a cutscene or lore realted info, its more like a detail that I think I just realised or maybe mistaken not sure yet need to play more to figure it out anyway 
He was my favourite NPC along with the guy that sings the lampoon about the king just around the corner from the Sacrament farm.
never realised that one yet but the fisher man.. I will always remember as a “scely ßastard” :')
Same, I was sad when he wouldn’t say that after the Breach, then I realized they added more lines to him and he would eventually say it if you walk by him enough times.

Yes he is indeed. I have looked outside the walls and near waters and no sign of him anywhere.
