The character falls because... yes?

I call this a bug because its serious. My first run in the new crucible. I was playing good and then, while I was climbing a wall my character falls to the abbyss without a reason. The result? I have waste my time.

Please fix this because its frustrating and has no sense.

do you think your character ran out of stamina, or there is something else going on here?
