Vendor Gordon is completely out of food. I’ve exited and re-entered the game. I’m not sure whether it’s supposed to be like this. I’ve also waited a bit, but not waited 24h. I’m attaching a screenshot.
Suggestion: It should say Out Of Stock, if it’s supposed to be like this!

Did you buy everything from him and are now waiting for him to restock? He will indeed not refresh until the next day.

Gordon has indeed got some more food in stock now. But as I said it should say Out Of Stock or Sold Out — I tought it was a bug Have a nice day!
Feel free to edit the title again to something that says that, so it is more visible to what you want to say
