Guys I noticed that as a I give more plague ichor, the watcher’s dialogue begins to change. But y inventory slots are maxed out. Now some upgrades i did in other worlds besides my main world.
So I have 2 questions:

one, after 19 plague ichors, will the watcher dialogue be maxed out and quest completed?
two, i have already turned in an extra plague ichor just to test this theory and it did spawn new dialogue about looking for some girl, and 2 sides of a coin. Do you guys know what the latest last dialogue chain is for the watcher? and is it based on story progression or plague ichors deposited?
