Shroud Cleaver's first full charged attack does not hit or do damage

I have been directed by the OP of this Reddit post to report a bug regarding the Shroud Cleaver. Please use that clip first, I’ve merely added my own to secure guaranteed footage.

Make note that the OP says:

  • the first full charged attack will not hit nor do damage
  • and, the second combo charged hit will be inconsistent in hitting or not

If you want to a laugh watch the end of the video at the least.

Easily reproducable, ask for files if needed however!

You know that feeling when you see a character falling and you’ve resigned yourself to it, but then there’s water and he survives. It’s happened three times already, if not more.
