Shoulder Charge Requirements

Hi, started the game and everything was working as intended, including should charges because who doest like seeing someone fly over a cliff

as the game progressed, shoulder charge stopped working.

im wondering if my weapon, weight, stat choices have affected this or just a bug ?

You only have the shoulder barge available, if your character is heavy.

aaah, and that makes sense.

i didnt have the points yet to add lighten my load.
