Shallows breach event: can’t find last 2-3 enemies to finish the pestilence. This is not fun at all.
1 enemy left, it must be somewhere in the stupid cave but i can’t find him. this should NOT happen. we should not have to kill EVERY enemy in the event. 75% should be enough otherwise this bullshit happens
i have now searched every secret place too, the mission is bugged. Devs need to fix this. Or at least have the enemys of the respawn after 30 mins.
I don’t think I ever had to kill every single one of them, could be wrong but I usually completed the pestilence before exploring the whole area.
The easiest fix will be to have the skull icon just like the boss when you are down to say…last 5.
This happened to me as well, leave the area and come back later on (like an hour or so later) and some will respawn

You never have to kill all the enemies in the area. Which means that you probably missed some part of the place (or maybe even didn’t discover it).
Shallows is just dark underground + a piece of the beach.
I searched all of the places you mentioned
it’s bugged, plenty of people have experienced it
