Scarlet Warplate (Mesh armor chest piece) is visually bugged. You can recreate this bug by equipping the chest plate on a female PC and then rotating the player model in the inventory menu.
What I’m seeing: the armor pieces on either side of the hips will not rotate. Instead both metal plates at the hips stay static and clip through the body while the body spins.
It’s also happening just in general play, but it’s easier to see what’s going on in the inventory menu.

Following up. Just restarted the game and it looked fine. Then I unequipped, re-equipped and it showed up again.
I just tried a continuous loop of equipping it and unequipping it over and over, and basically a perfectly alternating pattern of bug / no bug / bug / no bug / bug / no bug happened.
There is an error in part of the 3D model of the Scarlet War Breastplate (in Spanish). I show it in the image. When the character is turned, the part of the armor in the green circle does not rotate.
