When using this wand in experimental coop, regardless if I am the only one on the server, my character will get stuck facing one direction, cannot use abilities, stamina will drain to zero and not replenish. I can access menu, but will get disconnected from server after about 5-15 seconds. Enemies still attack me during this time. If friends are online playing on the server it will disconnect every player to the main menu in addition to myself. I have had this happen about a dozen times and only when using this weapon. When its in my inventory and in a weapon slot but not currently equipped nothing happens. It’s only when I have it equipped. I don’t have the logs to share and have not tested this with multiple various versions of this wand. I hope this helps.
The issue does not happen immediately when using the wand, but it happens every time and frequently. Sometimes I can get through 2-4 combat encounters before the game breaking bug happens.
Upon completing a full weapon combo with the item “Rune-Stricken Wand” the game crashes to login. Ive been able to repeat the bug multiple times, on two separate characters.
Upon logging back into game, i can swap the weapon for another, and play without issue.
When re-equipping the wand, and performing a few hits, then stopping… the game does not crash.
Completing the full multi-swing cycle, immediately halts all inputs to character, and after a few seconds, sends you back to the login screen.
It is repeatable, consistently the same issue.
Doesn’t matter if in town or not.
Doesn’t matter if you are enchanted or not.
Doesn’t matter if you have done nothing to the weapon, but bought it/crafted it, then equip without modification…
In all instances, if you full combo with the “Rune-Stricken Wand”, the game will soft crash to login.
anytime I try and use the full combo (with the final slam) the final slam animation seems to bug out my character, I cannot use any actions, but I can slow walk and use the start menu. clip the first combo I was stuck, but got out by using the rune attack, the second combo had me fully stuck, then I got kicked to main menu. I’ve repo 3 times now with this weapon.
hi, i am seeing the same behavior with the animation lock.
character is able to move but can’t attack, block, sprint, roll or doe anything else and is “locked on” in the direction he was last facing. This happens every time I a do a full combo with the Rune-Stricken Wand (possibly also with other weapons).
