Short one but I think we should be able the preview the houses before we buy them so we can make a better decision on which layout we want.
Also hope we get more houses like how we did in the most recent patch, but im sure thats there plan.
Idk what they sell for, because I don’t want to lose the shit in my house, but you can sell them. If it’s 100% refund then you just buy, walk in, walkout and sell.
Okay, didnt know that id still like to see it get added but that definitely helps, thx. I also hope you could sell houses to friends when coop comes as well.
I don’t think it allows selling the house directly to a friend, more so you just free it up so they can buy it. But I could be wrong!
I think it would be a good idea if we could visit the houses for sale before buying them. First time I bought one I was disappointed with the inside so I sell it but didn’t get all my money back.

I bought the The Knot and when I saw the interior, I sold it right away but I didn’t get the same amount.
That’s great and yes I will try to clip it next time but my post was more about being able to preview the houses before purchasing them.
