Potion seller screen distortion on low render scaling

Chromatic distortion during potion seller quest, specifically on lower graphic settings is very hard on the eyes. I am playing on performance preset and with render at 65% so quality of the image is not great to begin with, but for a laptop user I am fine with that, however during the section when the blurriness started I struggled very hard to see anything and my eyes even started hurting a bit. Especially when you get ignited during that section, that made it completely impossible to see anything.
