[PC][RENDER] Light appears in the background cave due to distance of culling

  1. Launch the build
  2. Reach gameplay
  3. Go to the area from screenshot
  4. Move up to the cliff
  5. Look to the background cave
  6. Observe that light appears in the cave due to culling distance

I think that because the ground resource were loaded too slowly.
It happened few times to my playing.when the ground loaded completely, the light never appeared.

As I know moons made a little bit rounded world for better camera viewing, but it could cause some issues when a player could see disappearing assets or etc due to culling system. It’s my assumptions, however additional investigation is required with all available engine debug and tools
