[Patched] Did the March 18th patch break Finley?

I just visited 5 different realms from 9:30pmPST-11pmPST no finleys in any of them. (obviously finley was already unlocked and is usually therre)

Yes, as Konrad states this is a recognized bug and will soon be hotfixed. Stand-by!

oddly enough for me this means i can finally find Finley consistently lol
