In the Crucible Atrium, a monster summons dead reinforcements after exploding.
This issue occurs in all Atrium levels.
Sirens with similar mechanics work fine.
I don’t know how this monster works outside of the Crucible Atrium.

Can you elaborate a bit more what you mean with “dead reinforcements”?
Normally the torn crawler spaws 4 worms upon exploding.

When the crawler explodes, it summons four worms, which are immediately killed and their model disappears.
The video at the link shows this moment.

@Silas-Inservio-Pax I don’t know if this bug was fixed or not, but now everything works as it should.
