no enemies in this cruicy chamber. Ive encountered this bug twice now and both times it was this chamber.
edit: that means i am traped in the chamber and cant progress.

Isn’t that a good thing?
no because in order to progress i need to kill all enemies. but if they dont spawn i cant do anything and need to suicide out.
