Same message can be found at the door to the tavern in Sacrament

Same. I got this at both the door leaving the Rookery Lodging area at the bottom back to town and when entering the Inn from town.

Adding to the problem, I’ve found the same thing on the tavern as well (as one of the other comments mentioned) and also I’ve found a french interaction hint while my game is in English.
