I have a plagued item. It says max focus reduced by 24%. So the expectation is I would have 76/76 focus. So I would be at full focus because it is fill to the max.
But reality is i have 76/100 focus. And it always stays like this. So i can never fill my focus to max. So it’s not the max that is reduced, it’s the cap or something.
This is important because there are lots of mechanics in the game that works on full focus. I thought this negative enchantment would help me since i don’t use focus anyways. But it actually bricked my build.
If this is intended to be like this, then instead of Max focus reduced by 24% it should say something like 24% of focus reserved or Focus cap reduced by 24%

If the other two work the same, its probably not a bug but they should atleast check/change the namings of such and similar so it doesn’t bug Players i guess

I didn’t check. But if they are working same as focus, they are also not named correctly imo.
This is important because there are lots of affixes and gems that depends on focus full or not. There are also similar affixes like at full health etc.
I bricked an item not understanding that max focus reduced would mean i can never get full focus again. Since I already exalted it, it is now bricked.
I do not say it should work like I assume it would, but then it should be named correctly so there is no misunderstandings.
You can still use void ember on it to delete everything but the facet and upgrade level.
Well i didnt exalt my stuff right away until i had figured out what each downside do, but atleast you got to learn it the fastest way
If it had instead said Total Focus reduced by It would have reduced to the expected 76/76?
Yes, my mistake for trusting the affix will do what is says it would do. 
Total Focus reduced by sounds good to me. I wouldn’t assume that would also reduce max focus.
