If you have full item inventory and attempt to pick-up a plague ichor, all of your teammates will recieve it but, because your inventory is full, you will not - and the plague ichor will remain on the ground. You can then repeat this process as much as you like, allowing your teammates to gain infinite plague ichor.

Ah snap, this would’ve been handy for adding carrying capacity 
Hi guys, I was playing with a friend and we came across a glitch duplicating plague ichor.
We were doing a red bounty. I died and I had no more room in my item inventory meanwhile my friend killed the boss. Then I tried to put the plague ichor in my inventory but my friend received plague ichors instead of me. I could spam the gather button without the plague ichor disappearing since I didn’t have any room for it.
Here is a screen of my friend having an insane amount of plague ichor resulting this glitch.
Don’t hesitate to ask me any more detail regarding the context of this glitch.
