Ice Throw causing clipping

Using Ice Throw has caused me to clip through the floor and fall endlessly quite a few times. If there is any minor obstruction like a rock or wooden plank in front of me that I’d normally walk over, the animation will sometimes clip into the object and make me fall through the floor.
