This bites me every single time I play and my muscle memory refuses to adapt. If I exit inventory, player stats, etc please just go straight back to me controlling my character, not to a menu bar. I am constantly accidentally clicking back into menus.
At the very least an option to make it work that way.
While I’m on this, actually, I would love an option to just go straight back into the last screen I was on when I press the menu button and bypass the popup menu bar entirely. Particularly when on controller it just adds nothing but extra button presses to the experience.
It makes a little sense on kbm, but I don’t see what it adds with controller.
