I noticed in the beach area guys will spawn but will not be actual enemies (no animation, ai, physics, just a model on the screen). Ive only encountered this on the beach near the shard in that tower. I am on Steam Deck.
Update: Warping to the city and back didnt not fix it. Ill try resetting the game.
Last update: exiting to the main menu and back “eraced” the models from the map. No new active enemy spawns.
