Hi!
When using bows with frost arrows, the visual effect is not applying on the arrows you shoot (like other elemental effects). The only way it works visually is using the Freezing Quiver. Sadly quivers do not apply to rune attacks.
So either using infusion via gem, cold enchant utility rune or a frigid bow, the arrows are not being shown as “frost arrows”.
The frost damage and effects are being applied, the problem is just in the visuals.
