Finley not showing up

I cant post this in the bugs as it keeps claiming I didnt link all the files when I did so posting here

ALso I had multiple relevant screenshots but it said new users can only put one screenshot? A ton of restrictions that makes it really hard to submit anything

Anyway,

His store showed up once, his sign is still there.

It says past 8pm he should be there. I login to the game after 8pm, he isnt there

Another forum said utc time , so I tried that, nope, still not there

His sign is there, so he is unlocked, and he showed up the night I unlocked him, but after that has never shown up again

• Include log files:
  • Player.log and Player-prev.log
  • DataStore folder (as zip file called DataStore.zip):
    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Moon Studios\NoRestForTheWicked
• Include the dxdiag file:
  • Press the Windows key, type dxdiag, and run the program
  • Click ‘Save All Information’
  • Save the file to a path and attach it to your report
    Tried to create a tag but it wont let me create a tag
