There are two characters:
First: Woman in poor quarter who asks for donation. It seems to me it would be great to be able to donate her in rerurn of some favour. Like kind of information that she saw around Fiddley today or not.
Second: Man in Lowland Meadows in hunter’s camp says he has no more strength to dig and says something about poor food they have to eat there for long time. In return for some stew he could give us some useful item like antler.
