As a native Spanish speaker, I’m sorry, but it’s standard.
It’s not about only considering English speaker feedback.
It’s about common courtesy in a public setting.
They have employees from many countries, and fans from many countries.
But the way for all to be able to communicate to each other is English.
And you now have many freely available AI or even google translate to help you participate in a language everyone can understand.
Neither their employees nor the fan community can all understand Portuguese, but many more will understand English.
Why should they make the effort to translate your message when you’re unwilling to make that effort yourself?
