I was doing the crucible with my sister last night after trying to complete it the past couple of nights. It was going well, and we finally managed to take down the boss at the end. We teleported to the next room for loot, and my sister accidentally rolled off of the map before we returned back to the atrium. I open the chests before returning, but upon returning, the quest was not progressed as it should have been.
I thought that was odd since nothing triggered after defeating the boss. We managed to complete the crucible again, and this time made sure not to die in the chest room. We returned to the atrium and still nothing progressed in the quest.
Then again this morning I completed the crucible solo to see if anything would happen, and it did not.
Hopefully this post helps resolve this issue.

Nope. Nothing was above her head when we returned. I also recall when I completed on a different realm, Roan was there and it progressed the quest. This realm appears to be bugged now.

Hi There,
me and my Freind have the same Problem.
We finished the run several times but did not get progess on our Main Quest or the Weekly Quest where you have to finish one Crucible run.

ty for your fast answer, sadly it did not work for me.
I went back talk to the old Man and went back to start a new Run.
I finished it and still no progress, event went back and talked to the old man again.
Also kinda strang, after i killed the Stage Boss if i go back to where i spawned in and walk back in to the Arena the Boss just spawns again and i can do that infinit time.
Spilled Blood has nothing to do with the Crucible. You need to use an Ichor at the Watcher to proceed. Do you still have one?

ah got it.
What you are showing now is the end of that quest line! It has no furter stages to advance through in this state of the game
