I’ve noticed this several times now, not new with the EA patch or anything.
This, dig spot never resets itself. It still says depleted since I first dug here:
For reference this is inside the Orban Glades Cave.
Oh yeah, checked through multiple realms in various states and none of them respawn anymore. Certain it did before hotfix 6 or so.
