Sometimes when I enter the crucible I’m not able to use my weapon runes. Utility runes work fine.

I play on GeForce now. However, I installed the game locally so i could produce a log file and the same bug happened. I’m playing the current live version, not beta.
Were you able to reproduce the bug?
Yes, several times. Only when i loaded the game a second time locally did it disappear. Screenshots are taken from first local load. Happens every time in GeForce now.
Has this bug already been reported on the forum?
Not that I’m aware of.
